Çetin Transfer
A live 6-language commercial booking site I built to give my uncle's transfer business a practical solution. My goal was to show I can ship an end-to-end working answer to a real problem.
Problem
What matters to me is being able to solve the real problems I run into in daily life myself, and doing it in a way that also helps the people around me. Çetin Transfer came out of exactly that. My uncle's airport-to-hotel transfer business around Antalya had no reliable online booking point that reached tourists in their own language. Everything ran over WhatsApp and word of mouth, and a customer coming from abroad couldn't clearly see the price, the route, or their booking.
Approach
My aim was not a flashy site but a solution that genuinely works, end to end. I built it in 6 languages so it greets each tourist in their own language (URL-based multilingual with next-intl). I wired the content and route/price information to Sanity CMS so my uncle can update it himself, with no technical knowledge required. I kept the design mobile-first, since most customers browse from their phones, and shipped the whole thing on Vercel.
Result
The site is live and carries a real commercial business: reachable in 6 languages, updated by the owner himself, with a customer reaching booking in a single flow from their phone. The most important outcome for me is that I can answer "can you build this?" with a live link. I took a real need and turned it into a shipped product.
What I learned
Most of all, I learned to work against the expectations of people who actually use the thing. The technology choices mattered, but so did the owner being able to update the site alone and the tourist booking without confusion. I saw that keeping it simple and durable is worth more than making it flashy. This project is proof that I can solve an everyday problem while producing real, concrete value for the people around me.
